Meditation Circle: Calm and Connect
No registration required.
Join us for a peaceful and welcoming meditation session. We'll begin with a brief check-in, followed by simple meditation instructions, perfect for all experience levels. Our practice will include 20 minutes of sitting meditation, 10 minutes of walking meditation, and an additional 10-15 minutes of sitting. Afterward, enjoy tea and conversation with the community.
Chairs are available, but feel free to bring your cushion or yoga mat for extra comfort.
