Join us for an in-person experience where you can really let loose and move to the rhythm. This is all about feeling the music, connecting with your body and expressing yourself freely in a nonjudgmental space.

This is a sober space with an honoring of consent and personal space.

No dance experience nesessary just show up as you are with an invitation to have fun and express yourself naturally through movment. Shake off stress and manifest new intentions into your life through movment and being.

We will have a check in circle at the beginning and a closing out circle at the end which are optional if anyone wants to share and give their name to build community. This event is hosted by Luke Riley of Conscious Constellations, see bio below.

A Bio?! What to say… Have you ever just wanted to shout in a grocery store or farmer’s market: “Wow, here we all are, alive and doing our thing. What’s good everyone?!” – Just to break people out of their mechanically glazed under-appreciation of life. Well, here we all are, looking for things to do and people to connect with in this community of Fort Collins. I’ve been living in Fort Collins for about 5 years now and this has been such an amazing town. So many great things to do and would love to add to it by creating fun, meaningful events for people. I do yoga, ecstatic dance, stargazing, bouldering, hiking, poetry and a few other things around Fort Collins. Looking forward to building community and connections.
