The perfect addition to make any outdoor/indoor area extra special! Students will construct these mushroom fairy houses using various hand-building methods; pinch pot and slab while also discussing the #1 rule - scratch and attach! Using natural materials, students will discuss and add texture to their houses. Next, students carefully create and cut out the windows and door using specialized carving tools and cookie cutters. Lastly, we will use ceramic paints to add color to our creations. Flingin Pots will take these back to our studio to high fire and clear glaze. Fairy Houses will be ready for pick up back at Flingin Pots home studio 1 month later. Great for ages 7& up!
