Hypnagogist // Hypnagogist is multimedia visionary artist hailing from Columbus, Ohio, specializing in 3D animation, traditional painting, art installations, and mixed media fusions of the aforementioned works. Kim Nigro // I am a retired school teacher who works in a meditative and natural organic frame that reminds us of the beauty of life. I paint Goddess Artwork to promote the diversity and strength of women all over the world while reusing and reinventing things such as canvas and paint. My paintings include recycled paint and canvas representing the perseverance of women as they struggle to be free. My most often works use motivational words and imagery, sealing the thoughts into the message of the painting in hopes of inspiring those who view the work. I invite you to vie these abstract energy paintings and share how you experience life now and how it may look in the future.

Drawing inspiration from fact and fiction alike, she explores human issues in mental health, subjective karma, and natural selection. Her obsessively detailed work is characterized by protagonists who reveal the splendor of the unorthodox, the grotesque, and the ordinary. Endlessly fascinated with the human experience, Aerica strives to share the beauty in even our ugliest emotions, and to always reward curiosity with depth, detail, and wonder. Outside the studio, Aerica actively works to bring art to the public by painting for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. She creates art throughout the United States while maintaining her studio practice in Fort Collins CO.

As an outdoor enthusiast and birder, I am tremendously inspired by the natural world and the magic of its interconnected systems. My art focuses mainly on specific species I am inspired by, as well as the colors, textures, and variety of nature. My favorite part of the artist’s experience is connection, both to the natural world, and to the people who protect and cherish it.
Hannah Brook // Hey, I’m Hannah. I have loved art for as long as I can remember and have experimented with many different mediums. I’m currently pursuing a career as a tattooer. I have enjoyed making pendants out of my extensive crystal collection, making wood burning art pieces, and painting with watercolor and acrylics. Fantasy, sci-fi and nature are a constant inspiration for creating a little world of my own with my art.
Cosmic Heart Arts // Cosmic Heart Arts by Lauren is a collection of one of a kind, heirloom style, cosmic creations featuring sterling silver and genuine gemstone jewelry. Originally born and raised in the desert of West Texas, Cosmic Heart Arts features pieces with a southwestern, yet modern design. All pieces are slowly hand crafted with intention. Most, if not all, stones are sourced directly from the miners/miner’s families, small family businesses and trusted lapidary artists.
Brenna Aldrich Art // Hello! My name is Brenna. I create artwork in a variety of mediums including painting, woodburning, photography, digital illustration, and graphic design, which is what my degree is based in! Despite the medium, I am consistently inspired by the life cycles, efficiency, and balance found in nature as well as the surrealistic and nostalgic elements of folklore and fantasy. My aim is to help find, grow, and cherish my inner imagination without personal limitations and hopefully help others to do so, too!
Mag The Goblin Den // Hi, my name is Mag. My work includes collage, decoupage, and other visual arts. I began collaging when the collective existential crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic motivated me to explore artistic outlets. The creativity inspired by the randomness of thrifted, secondhand, and found objects is essential to my work and aligns with a personal commitment to walking on this Earth as gently as possible.
Meld&Heal // Erin Fritts has been fascinated with the shapes and treasures of nature for as long as she can remember. She has also explored the healing qualities of art and its ability to reveal unconscious aspects of the self and the inner world. She has found herself drawn to metal casting as both an artistic medium and a facilitator of personal growth. In the past, alchemists attempted to transform metals to gold; the melting of metal being a facilitator of change. Metal casting is a similar healing process for Erin; a symbol of the change within - hence her artist name, Meld&Heal. Erin additionally loves to draw and paint, and created a 78-card tarot deck called Unconscious Tarot. Erin works as an art handler and taxidermist in Laporte, and fills her free time with plenty of metal casting, a daily hot yoga practice, and trail runs with her husband, Chris. Erin was born and raised in New York, and now lives with her husband Chris and her cat Applesauce in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Ingrid Martini - Writer // I am a seeker of knowledge and a spinner of yarns. I love to play, I love to explore and I love bad jokes — especially puns. Bicycling is my bliss and I dig classic convertibles. I’m a no BS, hard-working, straight shooter. I have a bounce in my step and an optimistic soul. Where others see barriers and roadblocks, I see challenges and possibilities. I also love art and supporting artists. And, what’s an art show without snacks? I like to make snacks to share.
Linda Roth // Linda Roth graduated from CSU with a BFA and an Art Education degree. While working as a freelance and public works artist for over 20 years, she also owns and operates Walnut Creek and The Merchant Room Gallery, in Fort Collins, since 2014. Influenced by her experiences as a single, widowed, mother of 3, an art advocate and educator, Linda is an accomplished artist in a variety of subjects and mediums. Her primary work focuses on her passion to encourage and promote women. Their need for gender equality, answers to continued cultural marginalization and abuse in all facets of our world today..
Scott Lenaway // I feel the impact of a given object is how it is rendered. An object can be implied by marks. There should be an aspect of the mystical and unknown in how an object is rendered.
Mila Solo // Mila is a Ukrainian artist over 25 years of experience and now resides in the USA as a war refugee. She narrowly escaped after her studio in Ukraine was destroyed during a military attack losing her life’s work in the process and now resides in Fort Collins, Colorado. She skilfully uses multi-layered techniques to convey both volume and states in abstract painting. The concept of art is to create a multi-dimensional picture. Ambiguous and emotional. Art is the way to express emotions, experiences, awareness and composition on canvas. Each painting contains a deep and multifaceted meaning of philosophy and beauty of the world. This is reflection of our experiences, spiritual development and knowledge of the universe. Each work is unique and has a special message to the viewer.
Somonoce Studio // Bethany Economos is a mixed media artist whose work is often influenced by her surroundings and the world. Her background in Fiber Arts (BFA Tyler School of Art 2001) shows in the hand embroidered stitching and the other surface design techniques. She has moved with her family 14 times in the last 20 years, most recently to Colorado during the first Covid shutdown in 2020. The shutdown (and lack of art supplies) led her to explore the incorporation of upcycled materials and unconventional items into her latest works. This “make do and mend” attitude has positively impacted her life and her work. She continues to explore new materials and techniques with a focus on upcycling.
DanaPaintsCo // I fully believe that art is meant to be shared so I started DanaPaintsCo to make it easier to share my work beyond just my immediate circle. So I'm very excited to be part of the local art community here in Fort Collins! I typically work with acrylic paint but will occasionally pick up chalk pastels, charcoal, or another kind of paint and see what happens.
Mystic Meadow Studios // My name is Lisa Jones, and I am a painter. I have been drawing and painting as long as I can remember, taught mostly by my grandmother. She taught me to "paint what I see". What I love to see around me is nature. Nature is the most imperfect perfection there is. I love to paint landscapes, seascapes, landmarks, animals, and flowers. I am also inspired by my Celtic heritage and paint/draw all things Celtic and Scandinavian and pull from history, fantasy and myth. My mediums of choice are oil paint, acrylic, pencil and colored pencil. I paint/draw on canvas, wood, glass, and paper.
Inception Flow // Lorene Martinez of Inception Flow is a Fluid Artist, and a Founding Member of Petrichor Collective. Her work is bold, beautiful, and influenced by her background in science, and her love of nature. Lorene engages with her community through creativity by offering individual and group Fluid Art classes, as well as, free make-and-take mini art at events.
Jesse Schlicker // With a CA Gold Country childhood to develop an early respect for nature, Jesse grew up exploring the abundance of life that surrounded him. There were many forms of art in the Schlicker household but none as ever-present as music. His father’s Les Paul singing through the pine trees, leading Jesse’s adventurous spirit to express itself freely, unabashed. He graduated with honors from SAE Institute in Rotterdam, Netherlands as an Audio Engineer and has performed on stages around the world. He carries this passion, fostered by those that love him, guiding his inner self wherever he goes.
Macey Boren // My name is Macey Boren, and I am an interdisciplinary artist based in Northern Colorado. My approach to art is marked by the use of drawing, painting, metalsmithing, sculpture, installation, and digital fabrication as my primary mediums. The nexus of surrealist imagery and socio psychological turmoil are investigated throughout my body of work. In addition to utilizing art as a means of self expression, I also use my work to address social issues, such as mental health stigmas, misogyny in visual culture, and the marginalization of the LGBTQ+ community. As an artist, I strive to share my work with the public by crafting small handmade items for individuals, completing murals, and exhibiting my art locally.
MCCB Design // Hi! I'm Madeline Bechtel and I'm a local graphic designer and illustration artist known as MCCB. I brought MCCB Design to life in 2017 and have the ultimate pleasure of helping people with their visual needs. Using the power of color and texture, my work aims to bring a sense of peace, calm, and whimsy to its viewers. Simple moments from an insane world presented in a beautiful light. Other work includes graphic design for The City of Fort Collins and branding, illustration, and environmental graphic design services through MCCB Design. Available for hire/commission.
Mossy Cows // My name is Miriam, and I created Mossy Cows! I have always loved animals and science and adorable things, and since I started working in a rock shop, my art has come to consist of the merging of all my favorite things. I mostly make stickers and a few art prints, and have started branching out into keychains!
The Burning Bonsai // Nathan grew up in inner city Denver where his love of creating artwork was nurtured by the microcosm of different cultures that exist there. Because of his exposure and love for so many different artistic styles, he rebelled against the idea that one must stick to just one. In fact, he named his business The Burning Bonsai, because a lot of his work is a blend of both Eastern and Western artistic styles and techniques.
Madison Barnett // Madison Barnett is a community taught printmaker currently based in Fort Collins, Colorado. She works primarily in linocut, printing on paper and textiles. With a professional background in Forestry, she finds inspiration in the unique spirit of each ecosystem she visits. Her work is influenced by folk ways, anthropology, personal synchronicities and reverence for land.
Paula Harrison // Intentional experimentation is an important part of my process. Experimenting with materials and techniques allows an artist to uncover a path to their original intention. The beauty is that you can discover many things along the way to your goal. This remains a big part of what I do in my own work; it’s often a meander not a straight line. For me, painting is also a spiritual practice. I learned along the way that images are a means to access experiences of awareness and consciousness that can only be accessed non-verbally. Creating images that are open-ended enough to allow dialogue, to allow personal meaning to develop, is a great joy. I taught art for twenty years in the public school. If you are interested in investigating how making art can open up your world, contact me.
